Why workout?

Some people may not think that they need to workout or do some type of exercise, and they’re correct, no one HAS to do anything, but is it good for you? Of course.

It’s good for your joints, for your heart, for your muscles, and for your overall health. Here it says: “Our bodies were meant to move — they actually crave exercise. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health. It reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases. It can improve your appearance and delay the aging process.” This Article Provided Courtesy of Armand Tecco

So, you may not think exercise is for you, or for everyone, but I think everyone should do some type of exercise. People need exercise in their life because it will make you feel better about yourself and believe it or not, it will give you more energy throughout your day in the long-run.

The bible says to glorify him in your body: “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. It is important you take care of the body God has blessed you with, and exercise is one of the keys to taking care of your body.

Just a little Insight 🙂 Stay Blessed! God loves you no matter what!

Keep positive.

2Corinthians 4:16-18 So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
